We are a nationwide franchise that provides our customers with peace of mind and the foundation to rebuild their dreams. 911 Restoration supports clients who are going through disasters to ensure that they are back to their routine, faster and better than before. Our services include water damage, mold, fire, and disaster restoration.

The Position:

Our field technician is motivated to perform quality mitigation, swiftly and professionally. An ideal candidate demonstrates a can-do work attitude and wants to further their career in water, fire and mold restoration. They are a reliable team-player excited to affect others positively with respect for customers and co-workers and manage their time well.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions, work orders and safety rules
• Must be able to work indoors/outdoors at heights, in confined spaces and harsh working conditions
• Must be able to independently walk, climb ladders, drive vehicles, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to interact in verbal and written format effectively and professionally
• Must pass drug screen and background check and have relative safe driving record
• Prior experience in water restoration or other related industry necessary. IICRC certification is a plus.
• Ability to work on-call in additional scheduled working hours.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Set up, monitor, move and track mitigation equipment and tools
• Demolish, dispose, mitigate and treat damaged building materials and affected areas
• Record and document drying plan, building sketch and environment readings
• Communicate with customers, co-workers and subcontractors
• Follow established safety rules and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Compensation package:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
